How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Anuma subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. See plans .

Steps

Step 1: Open Settings

Tap your profile icon or open the settings menu from the sidebar.

Step 2: Go to Subscription

Select Subscription from the settings panel list. You can see your current plan, billing period, and renewal date.

Step 3: Tap “Cancel Subscription”

Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the panel. Anuma asks you to confirm: “Are you sure you want to cancel your plan?”

Step 4: Confirm cancellation

Tap Yes, Cancel to proceed. Your subscription status changes to “Canceling” and shows the date your access ends: “Your plan will end on [date].”

If you change your mind before the end date, tap Renew Plan to reactivate.

Good to know

Your memory and data remain yours after cancellation. Nothing is deleted. Learn about data ownership.
You keep access to all paid features until the end of your billing period.
You can export your memory from the Memory Vault at any time.
You can also export conversations as PDF or JSON before canceling.
To resubscribe later, visit the Subscription panel and tap Upgrade. See plans.
