Connecting external services

Anuma Connectors let you link your external tools — Google Calendar, Google Drive, GitHub, and Notion — so your AI has real context about your work, schedule, and projects.

Google CalendarAccess your schedule, upcoming meetings, and availability
Google DriveReference your documents, spreadsheets, and files
GitHubPull in repository context, code, and issues
NotionReference your workspace pages, databases, and notes

Steps

Step 1: Open Settings

Tap your profile icon or open the settings menu from the sidebar.

Step 2: Go to Connectors

Select Connectors from the settings panel.

Step 3: Authorize a service

Choose the service you want to connect and complete the OAuth authorization flow. You’ll be redirected to the service to grant Anuma access.

Step 4: Use in conversations

Once connected, your AI can reference data from connected services during conversations. For example, ask “What meetings do I have tomorrow?” or “Summarize the latest changes in my repo.”

Step 5: Disconnect anytime

Return to Settings > Connectors and tap Disconnect next to any service to revoke access.

Good to know

  • Each connector uses OAuth for secure authorization. Anuma never stores your external credentials.
  • Connected services only access data you authorize. You can disconnect at any time.
  • Anuma references external data in real-time during conversations — it doesn’t permanently store copies.
  • Your privacy controls still apply. You choose what context your AI can access.
