How to add Coco to a group chat

Step 1: Create or open a group chat

Open your group chat in iMessage or SMS.

Step 2: Add Coco

Add Coco’s phone number to the group conversation. (Contact your Anuma support for Coco’s number.)

Step 3: Start chatting

Anyone in the group can message Coco directly in the conversation. Coco responds in the group for everyone to see.

Good to know

Coco works via iMessage and SMS — no app download needed for anyone in the group.
Coco is separate from your 1:1 Anuma conversations. Group chat context stays in the group.
Coco is available on all plans.
For 1:1 productivity, use the Anuma agent instead.
