Uploading files and documents
Anuma lets you upload files directly into your conversations for AI analysis. Share PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, images, ZIP files, and more — via drag-and-drop, paste, or file picker.
Supported file types

How to upload
Option 1: Drag and drop
Drag a file from your desktop or file manager directly into the chat window.
Option 2: Paste
Copy a file or image and paste it into the chat input (Ctrl/Cmd + V).
Option 3: File picker
Tap the attachment icon in the chat input to open the file picker and select files from your device.
What Anuma can do with your files
- Analyze documents — Summarize PDFs, extract key points, answer questions about the content
- Process images — Describe images, extract text (OCR), analyze visual content
- Review spreadsheets — Analyze data, create charts, identify patterns
- Compare files — Upload multiple files and ask Anuma to compare them
- Use in Council Mode — Upload a file to Council Mode and have multiple AI models analyze it simultaneously
Good to know
- Uploaded files are processed securely and are not stored on external servers.
- File size limits depend on your plan and the model you’re using.
- Vision-enabled models (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini) provide the best image analysis.
- Files uploaded to agents (like Haven for lease review) are analyzed with domain-specific expertise.
