Understanding credits and usage
Credits are the currency of Anuma. Every action — sending a message, generating an image, creating a video — uses credits. Your plan determines how many credits you get each month.
How credits work
Every Anuma plan includes a monthly credit allowance:

Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over.
What uses credits
Different actions consume different amounts of credits depending on the AI model and task:
- Chat messages — Varies by model. Some models cost more credits per message than others.
- Image generation — Each image costs credits based on the model and resolution.
- Video generation — Video creation uses more credits than images.
- Council Mode — Running multiple models simultaneously costs credits for each model that responds.
- Agent conversations — Agent interactions use credits like regular chat, based on the model powering the agent.
Viewing your usage
Step 1: Open Settings
Tap your profile icon or open the settings menu from the sidebar.
Step 2: Go to Activity
Select Activity from the settings panel. You can see your credits spent, requests made, and usage broken down by model.
Step 3: Filter by time period
Use the time filters (7 days, 30 days, etc.) to see your usage over different periods.
How to get more credits
- Upgrade your plan — Move from Free to Starter or Pro for more monthly credits.
- Purchase credit packs — Buy additional credits anytime in the Anuma app for instant top-ups.
- Affiliate program — Earn by sharing Anuma with your audience. Learn more.
Good to know
- Credits reset monthly — they do not roll over between billing cycles.
- Pro plan credits are 25% cheaper per credit compared to Starter.
- All plans include access to all features. Credits determine how much you can use, not what you can access.
