How to redeem a promo code
Promo codes give you bonus credits, discounts on plans, or free trial periods. Codes are entered on the checkout page when you upgrade — there’s no separate promo-code screen inside the app.
Where promo codes come from
- Partnerships — Anuma partners with creators, newsletters, communities, and exchanges to offer exclusive codes.
- Social campaigns — Follow Anuma on X, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for limited-time codes.
- Support — If you experienced an issue, our support team may send you a code as a credit.
Types of promo codes
- Credit bonuses — Add extra credits to your account on top of your plan allowance.
- Percentage discounts — Reduce the cost of a Starter or Pro subscription for one or more billing cycles.
- Plan trials — Try Starter or Pro features free for a limited time.
Steps
Step 1: Start an upgrade
Open Settings → Subscription and tap Upgrade. Promo codes apply to paid plans, so you redeem them as part of upgrading (or resubscribing).
Step 2: Choose your plan
Pick Starter or Pro and your billing period, then continue to checkout.
Step 3: Add the code at checkout
On the secure checkout page (powered by Stripe), select Add promotion code, enter your code exactly as provided, and apply it. The discount or trial shows in the order summary before you confirm payment.
Redeeming from a partner link? Many partner codes apply automatically at checkout — if you followed a campaign link, check the order summary first; the discount may already be there.
Looking to redeem $ZETA tokens for credits? That’s a different feature. Token redemption lives in the Token Dashboard, not the promo-code flow.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t find where to enter the code? The promotion-code field is on the checkout page itself, after you pick a plan — not in Settings.
- Code not working? Check that it hasn’t expired and that you entered it exactly as provided — watch for typos, stray spaces, and missing characters.
- “Already used” error? Each code can be redeemed once per account, and some codes are single-use entirely.
- Code only works for specific plans? Some codes are restricted to Starter or Pro only. Check the terms that came with your code.
- Still having trouble? Email support@anuma.ai with the code and a screenshot of the error.
Good to know
- Promo codes are single-use and may have an expiration date.
- Credit bonuses from promo codes are added on top of your monthly plan credits and follow the same reset schedule.
