Exporting conversations

Anuma lets you export individual conversations or your complete chat history in multiple formats — PDF for sharing, JSON for data portability, and encrypted backups for security.

Export formats

Steps

Step 1: Open the conversation

Navigate to the conversation you want to export.

Step 2: Access export options

Use the conversation menu or print option to access export.

Step 3: Choose your format

Select PDF for a formatted document, or JSON for raw data export.

Step 4: Download

Your export downloads to your device. PDF files include formatted messages, and JSON files include the full conversation structure.

Good to know

Exports are generated locally — your data doesn’t pass through external servers.
PDF exports are formatted for easy reading with timestamps and model labels.
JSON exports preserve the complete conversation structure including model metadata.
You can also export your entire data set from Settings > Backup.
