Understanding credits and usage
Credits are the currency of Anuma. Every action — sending a message, generating an image, creating a video — uses credits. Your plan determines how many credits you get.
How credits work
Here’s the credit allowance for each plan:

Credits refresh on every plan — including Free — and don’t carry over. Paid plans reset at the start of each billing cycle; the Free plan gets a fresh 100 credits at the start of each month.
What uses credits
Different actions consume different amounts of credits depending on the AI model and task:
- Chat messages — Varies by model. Some models cost more credits per message than others.
- Image generation — Each image costs credits based on the model and resolution.
- Video generation — Video creation uses more credits than images.
- Council Mode — Running multiple models simultaneously costs credits for each model that responds.
- Agent conversations — Agent interactions use credits like regular chat, based on the model powering the agent.
Viewing your usage
Step 1: Open Settings
Tap your profile icon or open the settings menu from the sidebar.
Step 2: Go to Credits and usage
Select Credits and usage from the settings panel. You can see your credits spent, requests made, and usage broken down by model.
Step 3: Filter by time period
Use the time filters (7 days, 30 days, etc.) to see your usage over different periods.
How to get more credits
- Upgrade your plan — Move from Free to Starter or Pro for more monthly credits.
- Purchase credit packs (Pro plan) — Pro subscribers can buy additional credits anytime for instant top-ups. On Free and Starter, upgrading your plan is how you get more credits.
- Stake $ZETA — Earn AI credits automatically while your $ZETA stays staked; 100,000+ $ZETA also unlocks Pro.
- Affiliate program — Earn by sharing Anuma with your audience. Learn more.
Good to know
- Credits reset monthly on every plan — including Free — and do not roll over between billing cycles.
- Pro plan credits are 20% cheaper per credit compared to Starter.
- Every plan includes all features. Most premium models unlock with Starter; a small set of flagship models (currently Claude Fable 5) is Pro-only. Credits set how much you can use each month.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. No cancellation fees.
