How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your Anuma subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. See plans .
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed. If you bought your plan on the web or in the Android app, cancel inside Anuma (steps below). If you bought it in the iOS app, your subscription is billed by Apple and you cancel it in your App Store account — see Canceling an iOS (App Store) subscription.
Steps (web and Android)
Step 1: Open Settings
Tap your profile icon or open the settings menu from the sidebar.
Step 2: Go to Subscription
Select Subscription from the settings panel list. You can see your current plan, billing period, and renewal date.
Step 3: Tap “Cancel Subscription”
Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the panel. Anuma asks you to confirm: “Are you sure you want to cancel your plan? Your subscription will remain active until [date].”
Step 4: Confirm cancellation
Tap Yes, cancel to proceed (or No, keep plan to go back).
Step 5: Tell us why you’re canceling
A short “Why are you canceling?” survey appears — select the reason that fits best and confirm. This step completes the cancellation; your subscription status then changes to “Canceling” and shows the date your access ends: “Your plan will end on [date].”
If you change your mind before the end date, tap Renew plan to reactivate.
Canceling an iOS (App Store) subscription
If you subscribed in the iOS app, Apple handles the billing, so the cancellation happens in your App Store account — not inside Anuma. When you tap Cancel Subscription in the iOS app, Anuma shows a prompt that sends you straight to your App Store subscription settings.
To cancel:
- Open Settings → Subscription in the Anuma iOS app, tap Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompt to your App Store subscription settings — or go directly to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions (this also opens from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone).
- Select Anuma.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, just like on the web. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases in Settings → Subscription to re-link your active plan.
